Ever been so ready to workout that you didn’t stretch like you should have?
I used to be so anxious to get started working out that sometimes I didn’t properly get myself loose by properly stretching out (yea – I know I’m weird lol). And we all know how that can turn out sometimes if you don’t do it (not well for those of you who don’t know).
